EPM 27452 – PALMERVILLE CENTRAL

Diversified Mining and Resources has acquired EPM 27452 from Native Mineral Resources, securing a highly prospective 214 km² tenure located entirely on Palmerville Station. The permit sits within one of North Queensland’s most significant intrusive-related gold–copper corridors, hosting the same geological units that formed the Mungana and Red Dome deposits.

With known anomalies in lead, zinc, gold, and gold-copper structures, EPM 27452 represents a high-potential exploration asset now advancing under the DMR portfolio.

EPM 27912 - CATTLE CREEK

Diversified Mining and Resources applied for Cattle Creek EPM 27912. It is situated on the eastern side of Palmerville Station, within a region well known for its historical and modern mining significance.

The tenement also benefits from its proximity to the active Mount Carbine Tungsten Mine (operated by EQ Resources), located to the east. This critical-minerals operation underscores the long-term potential for tungsten and associated metals in the region, and positions Cattle Creek within a recognised polymetallic corridor.

EPM 26891 - PALMERVILLE HOME VALLEY

Diversified Mining and Resources has acquired Palmerville Home Valley EPM 26891 from Native Mineral Resources, it is situated in Far North Queensland, approximately 145 km north of Chillagoe along the Bourke Developmental Road and 170 km west-northwest of Cairns.

The tenement spans three pastoral leases—Mount Mulgrave, Palmerville, and Yambo—providing multiple entry points through established cattle station infrastructure. Numerous station tracks, exploration lines and graded access routes facilitate movement across much of the area.

EPM 29324  -  MAYTOWN

Diversified Mining and Resources applied for the Maytown EPM 29324 is strategically positioned on the banks of the Palmer River, at the historic intersection of Maytown—the centre of the legendary 1873 River of Gold rush. The tenement covers portions of the Palmer Goldfield Resources Reserve as well as sections of Palmerville Station, placing it directly within one of Australia’s most significant historic gold-producing districts.

EPM27607 - FISH CREEK

Diversified Mining and Resources applied for the Fish Creek EPM 27607, it is situated predominantly within Palmerville Station.  Portions of the northern sub-blocks extend into the Quinkan Country National Heritage Area, renowned for its internationally significant Indigenous rock art. Along the eastern boundary, parts of the tenement overlap into the Palmer Goldfield Resources Reserve, an area historically central to Queensland’s alluvial gold boom.

EPM27396 - PALMERVILLE NORTH

Diversified Mining and Resources has acquired Palmerville North EPM 27396 from Native Mineral Resources, it is located approximately 146 km north of Chillagoe along the Bourke Developmental Road, west–northwest of Cairns (Figure 1). Primary access to the tenement is via Palmerville Road, with additional internal access provided by historical exploration tracks, station roads and established fence-line routes. The tenement lies predominantly across Palmerville Station and Fairlight Station, offering multiple access points through existing pastoral infrastructure.

Sipa Palmer Prospect

The Sipa Palmer Prospect is located on the Palmer River, approximately eight kilometres north-west of the Palmerville Homestead and around 180 kilometres by road north-west of Chillagoe. In 2005, Sipa Resources completed a detailed reconnaissance program that successfully identified east–west trending gold mineralisation hosted within the regional metamorphic sequence.

Sipa collected ~400 soil samples, undertook detailed geological mapping, and drilled twelve reverse-circulation (RC) holes—ten on EPM 13659 and two on EPM 13891—totalling 1,087 metres. Drilling returned a number of narrow but significant gold intersections, confirming structurally-controlled mineralisation within metamorphics. Notably, the highest grade intersection of 1 m @ 22.5 g/t Au occurred at 80 m depth, indicating the potential for high-grade shoots at depth.

Palmerville Station Prospect

A second prospect within EPM 26891 includes an area of elevated gold geochemistry identified within a linear series of stream-sediment samples on the southern bank of the Palmer River. These anomalous values may reflect alluvial gold deposited during seasonal flooding, but their alignment and consistency suggest a potential upstream hard-rock source.

A prominent composite magnetic high centred at 184000E / 8228000N forms a circular geophysical feature that warrants further investigation. Unlike the nearby topographic rise at Mt Taylor (located 2 km to the north), this magnetic anomaly does not correlate with a surface high, implying a buried intrusive or structurally-controlled magnetic body at depth. Importantly, this anomaly remains untested by both drilling and modern geochemistry, presenting a priority target for upcoming field programs.

Palmerville Project QLD Fairlight - St George Cu Prospect

  • Very high potential for a copper discovery exceptional results already obtained from a proven copper producing area.
  • Small tonnages (est 5t) of ore were reportedly mined at estimated grades of 24% Cu Ore from one of the historical mines a St George (ca. 1905).
  • Shafts reaching 30m depth. The site is also surrounded by multiple historical workings suggesting extensive copper footprint at the surface.
  • Historical rock chip samplings returned values of over 1oz/t silver.
  • >5km-long area rich in copper at the surface. No high-risk exploration under cover required.
  • Rock types are prospective being basalt, silicified breccia, and quartzite. Mineralisation occurs in limonitic veins, pipes, breccia fill, and disseminations.
  • Reported ore minerals included copper carbonates, malachite, chalcocite, tetrahedrite , tennantite, enargite, chalcopyrite, bornite, and cinnabar.
  • NMR’s own rock chip sampling of new prospects to the south of the historical mining area are revealing high potential with up to 7.99% copper.
  • Historical soil sampling* with samples returning over 10,000 ppm Cu is indicative of a copper-rich system

*Diversified Mining and Resources relies on data provided by Native Mineral Resources. NMR have not re-sampled the area where these historical soil samples were obtained.

Glenroy (COPPER)

  • Glenroy also associated with historical mine shafts
  • Samples from NMRs recent field campaign returned grades of 19.9% Cu
